アカウント・請求の問い合わせは System One サポートへ。再現可能な SDK 問題は公開 Issue トラッカーへ。

## アカウントと API サポート

アカウントアクセス・請求・ホスト型 API の質問はサポートへメール。関連するリクエスト／注文 ID と問題の説明を添えてください。

## 公開 SDK サポート

SDK バグ・ドキュメント修正・再現可能な統合問題は SDK リポジトリの GitHub Issues へ。既存 Issue を先に検索。起票には GitHub アカウントが必要です。

## 小さく、秘匿化した再現手順を添える

パッケージ版・ランタイム・エンドポイントパス・期待動作と実動作を含めてください。API 失敗時は HTTP ステータス、X-Request-Id、X-System-One-Error-Code を残す。投稿前に実入力を最小例に置き換えてください。

## アカウント情報を非公開に

アカウントや請求の詳細は上のサポートメールへ。公開 Issue には送らないでください。API キー、パスワード、セッション Cookie、完全な支払い情報、私的なリクエスト内容は送らないこと。調査に必要な識別子とマスキング済み情報だけ共有してください。

## サポートの目安

メールはアカウントとホスト型 API サポート向け。GitHub Issues は公開プロジェクト用。応答時間やサポート SLA の保証は公開していません。いずれの経路でも認証情報の共有やアカウントアクセス付与は不要です。
